Lexia Software Support Plan (LSSP )

Because Lexia strives for excellence, we frequently update our software to ensure that teachers are continually able to fully serve their students.

Lexia offers an extremely cost effective maintenance plan:

12 months at 10% of list price.

Each plan includes:

Customer Options

Customers with active Support are eligible to buy add-on licenses with discounts based on cumulative school purchases.

Customers with an expired Software Support Agreement can reactivate the agreement once they have paid the applicable fees to bring the software current.

Software Support Plan Conditions

Maintenance is non transferable. You cannot transfer the license to another school.

If a Software Upgrade was released during the lapse in service the customer is responsible for paying 50% of the list price of the software (includes 12 months of maintenance)

If a Software Conversion was released during the lapse in service the customer is responsible for paying 60% of the list price of the software (includes 12 months of maintenance)
